When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and credit and debit card details. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. All this is necessary to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

Herbal King collects information that is necessary only to process an order. All payments are processed through our payment processing organisation. All bank account or credit/debit card information during the payment process is stored on our payment processing organisation’s secure site and is not available to the Herbal King computers. Only order, shipping and email information is collected by the Herbal King computers.
Your information collected for our payment processing organisation’s s secure online payment system is governed by their Privacy Policy. They request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used by our payment processing organisation for billing purposes and to fulfil your orders. If they have trouble processing an order, they will use this information to contact you by email.

Can I Be Removed From Your Mailing List?
Herbal King may send you occasional special offers and promotions email only. If you do not want to receive offers and promotions by email, you can unsubscribehere You will be asked to log into your account and will need to un-tick the subscribe to newsletters at the bottom of ‘Your Details’ page and save the changes. Thereafter you will no longer receive marketing e-mails from us.
Can I Go Back On Your Mailing List?
Yes. Please log into your online account and in the ‘Your Details’ link you have the chance to re-tick the checkbox requesting to be on our mailing list.
Will You Pass My Data On To Third Parties?
Herbal King will never pass on your email address to a third party for marketing purposes.
